Our small boutique fitness studio specializes in small group training where we max out each class at 15 people. This allows us to give each member personal attention in a group setting – our sweet spot is 6-12 people.

A functional fitness workout comprised of multiple stations where a grouping of exercises is repeated for a defined number of sets or time. It is used to improve strength, stability, conditioning, and work capacity.
A Tabata consists of eight rounds of functional exercises in 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Tabata is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that creates after-burn – the ability to burn calories at a faster rate after exercise. Make those fat cells cry!
