  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • ½ cup (120 ml) oat milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • (optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder)

(Makes 1 Shake)

Place the rolled oats in a high-speed blender and pulse until they are well ground. If using protein powder, add it now, and then pulse 1-2 more times to combine. 

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If necessary, add more milk to reach the desired consistency. You can thank us later! 

TIP: If you want to boost the protein, try adding ½ to 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. It’s delicious either way.You can use any dairy-free milk you want, but oat milk makes it creamy and smooth!
