M.O.V.E (MINDSET over Vigorous Exercise):

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training):
High Intensity Interval Training designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger. Do HIIT to be FIT!
This class encompasses both weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. Shred targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy.
A functional fitness workout comprised of multiple stations where a grouping of exercises is repeated for a defined number of sets or time. It is used to improve strength, stability, conditioning, and work capacity.
This class is a mixture of our signature classes, M.O.V.E, Core, & HIIT. Mash Up helps you experience everything we have to offer in 30 minutes.
Strength training is also known as weight training, resistance training, and muscular training. The general definition of strength training is any physical movement in which you use your body weight or equipment (e.g, dumbbells and resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance.
A Tabata consists of eight rounds of functional exercises in 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Tabata is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that creates after-burn – the ability to burn calories at a faster rate after exercise. Make those fat cells cry!
Vinyasa is a method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. Vinyasa will increase your flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.
Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!
Spin and Shred
Spin and Shred combines spin into sections of the shred class. Spin will entail seated and standing intervals with shred incorporating both weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance while targeting all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements.
