Even when I can’t perform the exercises without modification, I feel good knowing I got in some movement (even though i need reminders from the coaches about this frequently lol).
The check ins from the coaches & staff that keep you accountable are unmatched. If you miss a scheduled workout or seem to be struggling, there is always someone checking in on you.
