M.O.V.E.

Mindset Over Vigorous Exercise- Our signature program providing full body Strength and Conditioning workouts not only using low impact functional exercises but also exercising your mindset to help your body MOVE!

Upper Body MetCon is a high-energy strength and conditioning class that focuses on sculpting your arms, shoulders, back, and chest while keeping your heart rate up. You’ll move through powerful upper-body strength exercises mixed with short bursts of cardio to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished.

Lower Body MetCon

Lower Body MetCon is a strength-driven, sweat-inducing class that targets your glutes, quads, and hamstrings while keeping your heart rate elevated. You’ll combine powerful lower-body lifts with metabolic intervals to build lean muscle, boost calorie burn, and walk out feeling strong, energized, and confident from the ground up.

Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training style where you work hard for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat for multiple rounds to maximize calorie burn and cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time. It’s fast, efficient, and effective — perfect when you want big results without long workouts.

Mash Up

This class is a mixture of our signature classes, M.O.V.E, Core, & HIIT.   Mash Up helps you experience everything Triumph Fitness has to offer

Spin and Shred

Spin and Shred combines spin into sections of the shred class. Spin will entail seated and standing intervals with shred incorporating both weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance while targeting all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements.

Barre and Bands

Tone, tighten, and challenge your body with this powerful blend of barre and resistance band training. You’ll move through precise, low-impact sequences that sculpt muscle, improve posture, and build total-body strength.

Spin

Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride! 

Mindset

Join Mindset Chats, a transformative group coaching call designed to help you bridge the gap between your current reality and your desired future. Through guided discussions and actionable strategies, we’ll explore practical steps to overcome obstacles and empower you to take decisive action towards your goals. Pilates

A Pilates inspired workout, set to music, that focuses on improving core strength and stability.
Perfect for all fitness levels, Mat Pilates helps you develop a strong mind-body connection while toning muscles and improving balance. No machines—just you, a mat, and intentional movement.

Strength

Strength training is also known as weight training, resistance training, and muscular training. The general definition of strength training is any physical movement in which you use your body weight or equipment (e.g, dumbbells and resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance.

Burn

Is an athletic conditioning program built around high-energy circuit training, where you move through multiple stations targeting strength, core, and conditioning. Each workout is intentionally designed to improve endurance, build functional strength, and help you move with confidence.
