This class encompasses both weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. Shred targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity working time under tension.
Conditioning
A strength building workout inspiring members to use heavier resistance while also increasing stamina and cardiovascular output potential.

Spin and Shred
Spin and Shred combines spin into sections of the shred class. Spin will entail seated and standing intervals with shred incorporating both weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance while targeting all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements.
Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.
